I have decided to try something new with my workouts. Today I am starting to bring back the Total Gym!
I think I need to add a little strength training to my routine, so the plan is M, W, F Treadclimber and Tu, Th Total Gym. I am hoping adding something new will boost my weight loss of these last few pounds. I am also hoping to firm up a little. ha
We will see how this goes. I am envisioning not being able to walk tomorrow :)
On to my first workout on the old machine. It has been quite a while friend!
